Anxiety is very common in this world we live in with pressures from family, work, education, relationships and social media, to name a few, not to mention the enormous pressure that we place on ourselves to live up to a picture of success. When there is disparity that does not fit with what is expected then anxiety can kick in.

Susan offers online counselling for anxiety and depression wordwide via Zoom. This is highly supportive for those with busy schedules and people often share that they love having the opportunity to have a session in their home environment.
Susan also offers face-to-face anxiety counselling and depression counselling sessions from her Lismore clinic in the Northern Rivers of NSW. Perfect for people living in Byron Bay, Ballina, Alstonville, Lennox Head, Lismore, Goonellabah or Casino.

How to Book
Susan offers 30 minute or 60 minute sessions either online via zoom or face-to-face from her Lismore clinic.
Early morning and evening hours are available upon request.
