Grief & Loss Counselling
Navigating the change that grief and loss can bring to one’s life can be overwhelming and having the support of counselling will assist in guiding through the grieving process in a caring way.
Grief & Loss Counselling
Grief itself comes in many forms, it can be the loss of a loved one, or beloved pet, financial loss, job loss, relationship breakdown, separation, losing possessions and much more and no one should feel that their grief is not important enough to talk about.
Grief and loss is a different experience for each of us and there is no right or wrong amount of time to grieve and no one size fits all.
Susan provides a respectful, understanding approach to grief counselling by supporting individuals through their emotions and encouraging them to express their grief in a safe environment.

Client Testimonial
“When I experienced the death of a family member through traumatic circumstances I needed support to get through it. I was in shock and could not understand why it had happened and my grief was insurmountable. Susan was the one steady influence in my life as all others around me were in turmoil as well. Susan listened with understanding and supported me as I went through all stages of grief, until eventually I was able to come back to some sense of a normal life. Having counselling during these times is highly recommended and Susan was as solid as a rock and a great help.”
